Report a Problem

Report problems with an IT Services hosted online system such as UAConnect (formerly ISIS), Blackboard Learn, wireless or email after following these troubleshooting steps.

  1. Check the IT Status Monitor to find out if the system is down.
  2. Check the Alert Calendar for planned maintenance that might be affecting the system.
  3. See the Support Checklist for information on system requirements and to ensure your computer settings are correct.
  4. Report an outage to the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or after hours at 479-575-2904.
