MyDocs File Storage

You are here: Home → MyDocs File Storage

MyDocs is an individualized file storage account available to every University of Arkansas student, faculty, and staff member. You can use MyDocs to store files to the server and access them from your computer or the Documents folder in a General Access Computing Lab (GACL). The quota for MyDocs is 500 MB per account.

Accessing MyDocs in the GACLs

When logged into a Windows computer in a GACL, the Documents folder is connected to your MyDocs account. Anything you save to Documents will be automatically uploaded to MyDocs. Mac users can map a drive to access MyDocs in GACLs.

Accessing MyDocs in a Web Browser

UARK Gmail users can access and manage MyDocs files at uamail.uark.edu/mydocs. Log in with your UARK username and password.

UA Mail users can log into uamail.uark.edu and select MyDocs from the menu on the left. The video below demonstrates how to access MyDocs in UA Mail and how to use the MyDocs web interface.
