In order to access our services, you will need a UARK account. If you have not already done so, please activate your UARK account by using the personal email address and phone number used when applying as a student or employee. You will also need access to the phone with that same phone number to setup multi-factor authentication. Download detailed instructions for setting up your UARK account.

Campus Wi-Fi
UARK Wi-Fi is available in all campus buildings, including residence halls. Select the network on your device and log in with your UARK username and password.

UARK Email
UARK Email is provided through Office 365 Outlook.
- Use Outlook on the web: Log into Outlook Online with your UARK email address (including @uark.edu) and password.
- Set up the Outlook app: Create a new account in the Outlook app using your full UARK email address and UARK password.
UAConnect
UAConnect is the campuswide student information system, used for class enrollment, rosters, grades, financial aid, tuition payments and more. Log into uaconnect.uark.edu with your UARK email address and password. Visit the Student Knowledge Center for help with academics, financial aid and student accounts in UAConnect.
Blackboard Learn
Blackboard Learn is the campuswide learning management system available to faculty and students at learn.uark.edu. Students can get Blackboard instructions and support at bbhelp.uark.edu.
Faculty must make a course visible in Blackboard before students can access it. Teaching resources and development opportunities are available for faculty on the TIPS website.
Printing
Students can print from their laptops or desktops to computer lab printers on campus using Web Print, a PrintSmart feature. For instructions, see the Submit a Document how-to instructions.
Laser printing is available in Tech Spot labs. Color printing is available in the Arkansas Union, Mullins Library and J.B. Hunt building labs.

Students, faculty, and staff have access to Office 365, Adobe, SPSS, and other software free of charge or at reduced prices. Browse the Software Distribution List to get started.
File Storage Solutions
Students, faculty and staff can manage files in the cloud using OneDrive. Individual file storage services are also available when using campus computer labs.

UAConnect
UAConnect is the campuswide system for class enrollment, rosters, grades, financial aid and more. Parents can make tuition payments or view personal information after being granted access by their student.
Students can follow instructions to grant parent access and then assign access to make payments. Once granted access, browse the Parent Help Center instructions for using the system.
