Individual email accounts are generated automatically for faculty, staff, students, and hourly employees.
Use this form only for departmental service accounts for email or network access and other listed servers.

To request an ADMIN/BASIS account, go to BASIS New User Information
To request a Microsoft SharePoint account, go to Microsoft SharePoint Services

New University Account Preferred username (maximum 8 characters) Preferred account display name uark.edu (departmental/service/comp/network) cavern.uark.edu

Note: Cavern is a Unix web server and is for administrative and academic use by faculty or staff. Before requesting a Cavern account, obtain approval from your respective departmental web developer. All department websites at the University of Arkansas are required to follow University Web Guidelines and use the web-based university content management system.

Change Ownership of an Account Change the ownership of an existing account. Account information (example: username@server.edu)
