VoIP Tech Support Training

This training will update the campus IT community on lessons learned from the phone deployment, the configuration of CAP phones and departmental accounts, and the configuration of Auto Attendant systems.
College and department IT staff now support the phone system in their areas, including:
- Phone hardware
- Skype for Business
- Microsoft Teams
- University-owned PCs, tablets and smartphones running softphone apps
