How To Get Back into a Locked Account

If you are getting an "Account Blocked" message when logging into your UARK account, your account or device could be compromised. Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Go to Microsoft's password reset page.
  2. Enter your @uark.edu email address in the User ID field.
  3. Use the Captcha to prove you are not a robot and then click Next.
  4. Choose "I forgot my password" to proceed with the password reset steps.
    Note: If you have issues using this site, try again using an alternative web browser or open your browser in Incognito/Private mode.
