Troubleshoot Your Browser
Use this checklist to resolve problems accessing web applications like UAConnect, Workday or Blackboard.
If you can't resolve your problem using the following information, report the issue to the IT Help Desk.
Be safe! To protect your information, make sure you log out completely by closing the browser window and quitting the web browser.
- Update Internet Explorer
- Clear temporary internet files
- Allow pop-ups
- Manage cookies
