Campus Wi-Fi

UARK Wi-Fi is the secure network for everyone with a UARK account. Select the network on your device and log in with your UARK username and password.

Eduroam is available to visitors from participating institutions and makes wireless available to UARK users when traveling. Learn more about eduroam.

UARK Guest Wi-Fi is a limited, unsecured network for visitors. Select UARK Guest Wi-Fi from your device's list of available networks, enter your valid email address and click Continue.
Note: Guest Wi-Fi is for non-UARK account owners only. If you have a UARK email address, connect to UARK Wi-Fi.

Exchange Online

Check your faculty and staff Exchange Online email by logging into outlook.office.com with your UARK email address (including @uark.edu) and password.

  • Outlook:  Create a new account in Outlook using your full UARK email address and UARK password.
  • Mobile device:  Select the Exchange or Office 365 account option and enter your full UARK email address and UARK password. 
  • Manual setup: Use the incoming mail server "outlook.office365.com" and the outgoing mail server "smtp.office365.com."

  • Mobile setup: Open your phone's Gmail app and log in using your full UARK email address and password.

UAConnect

UAConnect is the campuswide student information system for class enrollment, rosters, grades, financial aid and more. Log into uaconnect.uark.edu with your UARK email address and password. Instructions are available for faculty using UAConnect

UAConnect is the campuswide system for class enrollment, rosters, grades, financial aid and more.  Parents can make tuition payments or view personal information after being granted access by their student.

Students can follow instructions to grant parent access and assign access to make payments. Once granted access, browse the Parent Help Center instructions for using the system.

Blackboard Learn

Blackboard Learn is the campuswide learning management system for faculty and students. Classes created in UAConnect are auto-generated in Blackboard Learn. Faculty must make a course visible in Blackboard before students can access it.

Students can get Blackboard instructions and support at bbhelp.uark.edu. Faculty can find additional teaching resources and development opportunities at TIPS.
Note: Blackboard works best with Chrome and Firefox.

Printing

Students can print from their laptops or desktops to computer lab printers on campus using Web Print, a PrintSmart feature. For instructions, see the Printing from the Web how-to article.

Laser printing is available in Tech Spot labs. Color printing is available in the Arkansas Union, Mullins Library and J.B. Hunt building labs.

BASIS & webBASIS

webBASIS is used to manage and view personal information, payroll documents, monthly leave, benefits and open enrollment. Log into webbasis.uark.edu with your UARK username (before @uark.edu) and password.

Administrators use BASIS to complete billing and transfers, payroll and position changes, travel authorizations, leave, departmental accounting, budgeting and requisitions.
