Online Tech Support
Chat online with tech support or use AskIT to request help from an IT Services representative.
To create an AskIT support request:
- Go to askit.uark.edu.
- Enter your phone number and select a topic from the Category drop-down menu.
- Include a subject and provide a detailed account of the issue you are experiencing in the Description field.
- Click Submit Request. Log in with your UARK username and password.
You will be contacted by technical support staff within two business days, although usually a response is provided on the same day.
