Quotas and Server Information

The following server environments provide services for UARK users, including email, file storage and web hosting.

UARK Email

Outlook Online is the primary email service for UARK students, faculty and staff. 50GB is the maximum mailbox size, but archived mail is unlimited.

Gizmo Server

Gizmo is a legacy file sharing system that will be retired in 2020.

Server address: gizmo.uark.edu

Quota: 250MB

Microsoft IIS Server (www1)

The Microsoft IIS Server (www1) is used for departmental web hosting. Department webmasters can request space using the Websites Request form.

MyDocs

MyDocs is used for personal file storage. Access to MyDocs is automatically granted to all UARK account holders at the time of account setup. To access MyDocs, log into a Tech Spot computer lab or map a drive and log in with your UARK username and password.
