The Student Technology Center (STC) provides students, faculty and staff with access to laptop and equipment checkout services.
Online reservations are temporarily unavailable due to a system transition; however,
in-person checkouts are still offered on a limited basis.
An agreement form must be completed at the STC before equipment can be issued.
In-Person Pickup
A physical University ID card is required to check out or use reserved items. Equipment
must be picked up by the individual who made the reservation. Reservations expire
20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time; if you are running late, call 479-575-8602.
Returns
Items should be returned to the staff at the Checkout desk by the front door. Late
returns incur one mark per day. Ensure all parts, including cables and cases, are returned on time.
Damaged or Lost Items
You may be charged a repair or replacement fee through your University Account.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at stc@uark.edu. If an item is stolen, contact the STC and file a police report with UAPD immediately.
Special Accommodations
Submit the equipment checkout special request form for advance, extended or bulk item checkouts at least 7 days in advance.
