Equipment Checkout Information

If you or your organization need extra accommodations, such as advance or extended checkout or bulk item checkouts, please submit the equipment checkout special request form at least 7 days in advance.
Reservations
Heads up! Equipment checkout services are temporarily unavailable while inventory is transferred
to another reservation system. The STC will still offer in-person checkouts on limited
availability.
You can visit the Student Tech Center in person to see what equipment is available.
Pick-Up
- Your physical University ID card is required to check out or use reserved items. We cannot accept an ID number if you forget your card.
- Equipment must be picked up by the person who made the reservation.
- Reservations expire after 20 minutes. If you are going to be late to pick or use your reserved item, call 479-575-8602.
- Check your UARK email for the "Item Received" email with the due back date and time.
Returning Items
- Items must be returned to staff at the Checkout desk by the front door.
- You are responsible for any missing parts, damage or lateness. Late returns will receive one mark per day.
- Make sure all parts, including cables and the bag or case, are returned on time.
Damaged or Lost Items
If an item checked out to you is damaged, lost or stolen, you could be charged a repair or replacement fee through UAConnect. To dispute a fine, email stsfines@uark.edu.
If an item is stolen while checked out, contact the Student Technology Center and file a police report with UAPD immediately.
