SharePoint sites are provided to departments at no charge.

Some highlights of SharePoint include features for project management, complex workflows with customizable permission settings, document versioning. It can be used for projects, repositories and archives, research and collaboration, and organizational intranets. 

SharePoint integrates seamlessly with Exchange, OneNote, Word, Access and Excel. Graduate assistants accessing a password protected SharePoint site must log in with a Exchange email address ( logins are not accepted).
