Follow these tips if you're having trouble accessing online services like as UAConnect, webBASIS or Blackboard:
- Check the IT Status Monitor to find out if the service is unavailable.
- Test your internet connection by checking if you can access google.com and enter any search term. If you receive a timeout error, your internet connection could be down or slow.
- Make sure your computer is up to date: Windows | Mac
