Institutionally-Owned Computer Repair
- Internal service deliveries (ISD) will be used to pay for any labor cost associated with warranty and non-warranty computer repair of institutionally owned computers.
- To obtain warranty and non-warranty service repair on an institutionally owned computer:
- Complete a TDX service request to Tech Store Computer Repairs.
- Bring the computer to a Tech Store Service Center location and provide the TDX ticket number to the associate checking in the computer.
- The assigned technician will run diagnostics and upload a quote in TDX for the labor to repair. If the requester approves the repair, they will get an ISD generated for the amount matching the quote total including tax.
