In order to access our services, you will need a UARK account. If you have not already done so, please activate your UARK account by verifying your University ID number and date of birth. When setting up your account security settings, provide a current number for a phone you have with you at all times.
Note: Your University ID number is provided on your admissions packet or from your department's leave administrator.

Secure Your Account
Multi-factor authentication will be required for all students by fall 2021. This adds another layer of security to your UARK account through a secure method of verifying your access using a trusted device.
Students can choose to opt in before their deadline to avoid disruptions in accessing class material, email and other services.
UARK Wi-Fi is the secure network for everyone with a UARK account. Select the network on your device and log in with your UARK username and password.
Eduroam is available to visitors from participating institutions and makes wireless available to UARK users when traveling. Learn more about eduroam.

UARK Guest Wi-Fi is a limited, unsecured network for visitors. Select UARK Guest Wi-Fi from your device's list of available networks, enter your valid email address and click Continue.
Note: Guest Wi-Fi is for non-UARK account owners only. If you have a UARK email address, connect to UARK Wi-Fi.
UARK Wi-Fi is available in all campus buildings, including residence halls. Select the network on your device and log in with your UARK username and password.

Campus Phone Services
VoIP is the primary phone service on campus. VoIP allows you to make and receive calls from your desk phone, computer or mobile device.
Cellphone service is also provided for eligible employees through AT&T.
UARK Email is provided through Office 365 Outlook. Log into Outlook Online with your UARK email address (including @uark.edu) and password.
- Outlook app: Create a new account in Outlook using your full UARK email address and UARK password.
- Mobile device: Select the Exchange or Office 365 account option and enter your full UARK email address and UARK password.
- Manual setup: Use the incoming mail server "outlook.office365.com" and the outgoing mail server "smtp.office365.com."
UAConnect is the campuswide system for class enrollment, rosters, grades, financial aid and more. Parents can make tuition payments or view personal information after being granted access by their student.
UAConnect is the campuswide student information system, used for class enrollment, rosters, grades, financial aid, tuition payments and more. Log into uaconnect.uark.edu with your UARK email address and password. Visit the Student Knowledge Center for help with academics, financial aid and student accounts in UAConnect.
Faculty must make a course visible in Blackboard before students can access it. Teaching resources and development opportunities are available for faculty on the TIPS website.
Digital Measures is a web-based solution that allows faculty to view, enter and track their teaching, research and service activities. This central repository streamlines the personnel review process for annual faculty activity reports.
Laser printing is available in Tech Spot labs. Color printing is available in the Arkansas Union, Mullins Library and J.B. Hunt building labs.
File Storage Solutions
Students, faculty and staff can manage files in the cloud using solutions like OneDrive and Box. Individual file storage services are also available when using campus computer labs.
