Students, faculty and staff can download a variety of applications without charge or at a discounted rate.
Faculty, instructors, and teaching assistants can call the Remote Teaching Hotline at 479-575-6804 Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
To be responsible stewards of university resources, IT Services recommends that colleges and departments utilize university-supported services like Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business or Blackboard Collaborate for remote work, online meetings and collaboration.
