Hold online meetings, chat with individuals or groups, track your projects, make calls from your campus phone, and more with online conferencing and collaboration tools. 

Store and Share Files 

Store, share and collaborate using a file storage solution like Box or OneDrive.

When working and learning from home, you can still take advantage of campus technology resources using these secure services. 

Download Software

Students, faculty and staff can download a variety of applications without charge or at a discounted rate.

Online Learning

Faculty, instructors, and teaching assistants can call the Remote Teaching Hotline at 479-575-6804 Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Supported Services

To be responsible stewards of university resources, IT Services recommends that colleges and departments utilize university-supported services like Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business or Blackboard Collaborate for remote work, online meetings and collaboration. 

Heads up! External conferencing services are not supported by the IT Help Desk and may have security vulnerabilities.
