Off-Campus Network Access (VPN)

The university's virtual private network (VPN) is essential for remotely accessing BASIS, on-campus remote desktops, servers and other resources. 

Store and Share Files 

Store, share and collaborate using a file storage solution like Box or OneDrive. 

Remote Lab Virtual Desktop

Remote Lab allows students, faculty and staff to access a virtual computer lab desktop from any location.

Online Meetings and VoIP

With a softphone app like Skype for Business, you can make calls from your university number and hold online meetings using your laptop or smartphone. Microsoft Teams offers additional features for group collaboration. 

Download Software

Students, faculty and staff can download a variety of applications without charge or at a discounted rate.

Online Learning

Faculty, instructors, and teaching assistants can call the Remote Teaching Hotline at 479-575-6804 Monday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
