About Qualtrics

With Qualtrics, online surveys can be published in minutes and results viewed graphically in real time. The user-friendly interface, survey flow and randomization options allows surveys to be designed, tested and distributed quickly and easily. Get online survey training and technical support from Qualtrics Support.

Access and support for Qualtrics is managed by Research Data Services. 

Qualtrics Approval Requirements

All surveys for human subject research projects must be approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB). For more information view the Humans as Subjects in Research page.

After receiving an approval from Research Data Services, you can request access by submitting a Qualtrics Request ticket. 

Appropriate Use and Export Control

As of September 11, 2024, Qualtrics services will no longer be available in Russia or Belarus. This decision is in accordance with U.S. export control and sanctions laws, including OFAC’s restrictions on providing certain information technology and software services to Russia, and the Commerce Department's rules prohibiting the export of specific software to Russia and Belarus.

The University of Arkansas asks that you take the necessary steps to ensure you and other individuals within the university community are not using Qualtrics services in these regions.
