Adobe Creative Cloud includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge, Premiere Pro, After Effects and more. Creative Cloud access also includes 100GB of Adobe Cloud storage. See below for licensing and availability information.

Students

Heads up! Adobe Creative Cloud licensing for students has changed. Students can now purchase licenses on a monthly basis directly from Adobe, rather than through the university. 
You can also use Creative Cloud in the on-campus Tech Spot labs at no additional cost.

Employees

Adobe Acrobat Pro is automatically available to full-time employees and graduate assistants. To install Acrobat Pro, log into Adobe.com with your UARK email address and select "Company or School Account."

Heads up! The full Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) will be offered on an as-needed basis. Come back soon or contact your department for details on how to request other non-Acrobat products

Computer Lab Access

Tech support and lab administrators can submit a request for Adobe licenses for computer labs and shared workstations.

Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is not included with Creative Cloud from the university. To request a license to use electronic signature tools such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign, create a ticket. 

Troubleshooting

Having login issues? Try logging out and logging back in. If prompted to choose from multiple accounts, select the 'University of Arkansas' account (employees only). See the Adobe Login Troubleshooting page for more tips.
