For added security, the UA System requires multi-factor authentication to access Workday, in addition to your @uark.edu account authentication. 

1. Log into Workday with your @uark.edu credentials.
   Note: You might be prompted to verify using your multi-factor authentication method.
2. For added security, you will be required to complete an additional step of multi-factor authentication for Workday. For more information, see the video on setting up multi-factor authentication for Workday.
3. Once you have completed the additional authentication steps, you will be automatically directed to Workday. 

For assistance with Workday, visit the Help Portal. If you need to update these settings, follow the instructions to Change Your Authentication Method.

Heads up! Workday is unavailable during weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance. Weekly maintenance occurs every Saturday from 1 to 5 a.m. Visit the  Workday Maintenance Downtime  page for more information (login required).
