Get Started with Zoom
Heads up! Zoom will discontinue the Zoom for Mac Outlook plugin in May 2021. Make sure to install the new add-in to avoid disruption in service.
First Time Logging In?
Go to the UARK Zoom Web Portal and click Join, Host or Sign In. Log in using your your @uark.edu email address and password.
Log into the Zoom App
To sign in from the Zoom app, click Sign in with SSO. In the Company Domain field, enter "uark" and click Continue. Click Launch or Open. Note: If you are already logged into Zoom with a non-UARK account, click the Profile icon and select Switch Account.
Large Events (300+ Participants)
A license is required for large video conferences. A separate license request must be submitted each time, unless it is for a recurring event like a large class. Please allow up to 2 business days to fulfill requests.
Assistance is available for Zoom users needing an accommodation due to a disability.
In addition to training by request, online tutorials and how-tos are available for faculty using Zoom for classes. Zoom also offers free webinars and video tutorials.
Zoom is restricted in some countries. Faculty and students working from overseas may need to take additional steps.
