With online conferencing, students, faculty and staff can hold meetings and collaborate with others anywhere in the world. The university offers Microsoft Teams, Blackboard Collaborate, Skype for Business and Cisco WebEx.

Microsoft Teams

With video, chat, team collaboration, file sharing and VoIP features, Microsoft Teams is the recommended web conferencing service for conducting university business. The Teams app is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android systems.

Cisco Webex

With Webex Meetings, students, faculty and staff can host or attend online meetings, give presentations, share screens and more.

Blackboard Collaborate

With Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, faculty can create a virtual classroom, office, or meeting space in order to communicate with users on campus or anywhere in the world.

Skype for Business

Skype for Business is a digital communications tool for VoIP and allows users to host or join a meeting. The app is available for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

To be responsible stewards of university resources, IT Services recommends that colleges and departments utilize university-supported services for remote work, online meetings and collaboration.
